Individual rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 3:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.
If cancelled on the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price (excluding breakfast) will apply for cancellations made by 3:00 p.m.

Cancellations for groups
Entire groups can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. (For individual room cancellations within a group booking, please contact the hotel directly.)

No-Show:In case of no-show (without prior cancellation or cancellation after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival), we will charge 100% of the accommodation costs (excluding breakfast).
